Kite Anywhere, Kite Everywhere
A few weeks after arriving back in Spain I got my chance to kitesurf in Dénia.

Just like my first kitesurfing session back in England, I felt confident, strong and normal. The water was choppy and the wind challenging, but I didn’t feel any pain or stiffness.
I am still holding back. It will take some time to build back up to the level of jumping and tricks I had before. My confidence is fine – I don’t think about my knee during any sports – but I want to make sure my strength and coordination builds back up slowly.
The hardest part is holding back from going to hard and jumping too high!
