Back to Spain
Today was the first session back in Spain after the summer break. It feels good to be moving with Jose again and getting stuck into some hard exercises.
We mostly went through the usual exercises, keeping the weights a bit lighter and intensity lower to ease back in after some time away. It’s a slightly scaled-back start, but we will ramp it up.
We wrapped up this session with a run on the treadmill to get the legs working and the heart rate up.
It’s good to be back and I am motivated now to really push to the next level.
